GETTING READY TO ORDER:
Have Fun and Start Shopping! Browsing our shops can be filled with surprises, relief in finding that "just right" thing, novelties and conversation pieces, great utility furnishings and maybe some unusual gift ideas or a small indulgence for you or someone special.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:
You will receive a confirmation/order number at the time of purchase and also following your purchase via e-mail for ALL transactions and this / these number(s) will be used to track your purchase from order entry through delivery.

SHIPPING METHOD(S):
We utilize commercial air and ground transportation, depending on the nature of the item and delivery time frame requested or other logistical considerations. Shipping method and details declaration will be provided at the time of your purchase. Normal time frame for deliveries is 10 to 14 business days, unless additional time is required by certain merchants and you will be informed of this prior to your purchase decision.

RETURN POLICY:
Bear in mind that our MERCHANTS' POLICY is to accept returns ONLY for items with apparent physical or operational defects and or damage, and not due to size, taste, color, personal preference, buyer's remorse, or a sense of disenchantment with your purchase. We make considerable effort to picture, define, describe, depict, detail, and represent items offered with current and accurate information in ways that will assist you with making informed, judicious selections to your satisfaction. You can also make inquiries to gather additional information before purchasing.

Bear in mind also that certain items offered are custom made or are of a craft nature and may/will vary to some degree in color, appearance or size with that of the photo(s) of the item appearing on our site. Each craftsperson / artist applies their talents in a unique way and variances may/will occur.

Inspect the deliveries
Do not open and do not accept packages that are crushed, penetrated, pilfered.

INSPECTION OF DELIVERIES:
When you receive your purchased item(s), inspect the outer shipping packaging for signs of being crushed or being penetrated or being pilfered. DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES THAT APPEAR IN ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS as they may be subject to damage or theft and NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY OF THE OCCURANCE via e-mail myorder@homesitemerchants.net, providing your NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND ORDER NUMBER, to insure that damage or pilferage has been reported in a timely manner.

RETURN DELIVERIES FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If the outer packaging appears normal and upon inspection of the product (inner) packaging, the item(s) appear damaged, repack the item(s) in their original product and reseal the carton / package(s) and shipping containers with all contents, materials, instruction booklets, paperwork and such, INFORM US IMMEDIATELY via e-mail myorder@homesitemerchants.net, providing your NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND ORDER NUMBER, and return it to the following:

NOTIFICATION OF DAMAGED OR PILFERED ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 hours of receiving delivery or HomeSite Merchants CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE for returns.


RETURN DELIVERIES FOR USED ITEMS:
If, when fully opened /unpacked and USED, the item DOES NOT operate / function properly or is defective, repack and reseal the item in both original containers as received, with all materials, paperwork, shipping slips, instruction booklets, warrantee cards, etc. INFORM US IMMEDIATELY via e-mail myorder@homesitemerchants.net, providing your NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND ORDER NUMBER, and return it to the following:

NOTIFICATION OF DAMAGED, MALFUNCTIONING, BROKEN ITEM(S) THAT HAVE BEEN UNPACKED AND USED MUST BE MADE WITHIN A SEVEN DAY PERIOD FROM DATE OF DELIVERY TO INSURE RETURN ACCEPTANCE. After the seven day period we will assume that you have fully accepted the item.


HIDDEN DAMAGES, FLAWS, IMPERFECTIONS:
Open, inspect and use your purchased item(s), as time is of the essence and any flaws, breaks, malfunctions must be identified and communicated immediately to us. INFORM US IMMEDIATELY via e-mail myorder@homesitemerchants.net, providing your NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND ORDER NUMBER, and return it to the following:

Some breakage may be the responsibility of the shipper and sufficient time must be allocated to notified them and initiate returns and insurance coverage.

RETURNS PROCEDURE:
1. Note the damage.
2. E-mail providing your NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND ORDER NUMBER.
3. Repack, reseal item with all contents.
4. Mail the item back.
5. Wait for disposition to occur.
6. Refund or replacement will occur.

ITEM / PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING:
The same item may be offered by different Merchants that offer different combinations of products or present them in different thematic ways. Pricing will remain the same in all instances.

PRICING:
Prices for items are clearly indicated with the items depicted and may include discounts for multiple purchases of the same items or combinations of items. Additional savings or conditions may be present in the descriptive copy appearing with the item.

TERMS:
Full payment is due at the time of your purchase using any of the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our SECURE online shopping cart system. Once you have received your confirmation/order number on a particular purchase, your order cannot be reversed as the electronic transfer has been initiated and the warehouse has been notified. Refuse the delivery, when your item arrives and then contact us via e-mail, including your ORDER number, to request a refund on your charge card. You will be responsible for any shipping charges, an electronic transaction fee equal to 2.5% of the price of the item purchased or greater if there are minimums for these actions and you will be notified via e-mail of this at the time you request a refund.

CANCELLED ORDERS SUBJECT TO SHIPPING, RESTOCKING AND ELECTRONIC TRANACTION FEES - CONSULT THE MERCHANT'S STORE POLICY.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENTS:
If an item is returned due to damage, it will be replaced upon receipt, inspection and verification by the Merchant involved and a new product will be shipped to you under the same shipping agreement using a new order number and you will be notified via e-mail.

CREDITS / REFUNDS:
Refunds will be made only if the item cannot be replaced in the normal time frame agreed to by the Merchant or the item has been discontinued or requires a longer lead time to obtain and REFUNDS will be credited to the credit card used for the initial payment transaction and may require up to five weeks in order that merchandise is return in a timely fashion, inspected and verified as damaged or malfunctioning.

Merchant credits are acceptable for items that cannot be replaced or obtained in a reasonable period of time and the Merchant credit can be applied to another purchase.

CANCELLATIONS:
Certain states require a three-day waiting / grace period for acceptance by the buyer that they wish for the transaction to be cancelled. In these instances, refunds will be made as a credit to the credit card used or a refund following clearance of a paper check used or an electronic funds debit.

WARRANTEES & GUARANTEES:
Certain Merchants offer specific warrantees / guarantees / considerations regarding purchases, returns, shipping, refunds, credits, replacement(s) and special circumstances and such beyond that which appears in our general policies and procedures. These will be noted either on the Merchant's site or with the product / item description.
